Norwegians out in full force for the Constitution Day despite the rain. :) Many many were waving flags, and some were wearing their national dress. very pretty, and quite a large variety too - depending on where they or their mums come from (it's mostly passed down), they wear different styles and colours. Heard from a cafe-owner that to make one costs at least 2500 EUR! man oh man, arent they rich :P
