crab adventure

okay am typing this for the 2nd time cos my &^%#@ comp screwed up on me and didn't publish my previous post.. but this does not spoil my good mood :P went for a lovely dinner tonight at the famous eng seng crabs at the still road - joo chiat place junction, and had 2 black pepper crabs + 2 chilli crabs + hor fun, fried veg and youtiao with sotong.. it was as good as its good name suggests.. i liked esp the chilli crab below - really good sauce, not too spicy, with egg in it.. -slurrrp :)

we were also there to celebrate pua's 21st bday! :) no more a boy, now an adult! hope u enjoyed the food and like the tie :D

and this is all of us with the empty plates and remnants of the crabs.. eating crabs is seriously fun.. the process is as good as the food really, biting on the shell, sucking out the flesh, and then enjoying the succulent and sweeeet crabmeat.. yumyumyum.. :) we reached the place at 4:30pm actually, really kiasu.. cos we were afraid of having to wait 45 mins or have no crabs left, which was what the websites warned would happen to us if we didnt get there by 5pm.. :P waited for pua and nibbled at the food.. :) it wasnt so long as it really was (1 & a half hrs).. whats a good dinner anyway, without good conversation and company? :)
