weekend getaway to munich

went to munich last weekend to meet shiyan, also met up with yidan who was visiting and all the münchners whom i haven't seen for ages already for the semesteranfangdinner (beginning-of-sem dinner).. was good to see shiyan again :D (and many thanks for sharing your bed with me!!) and she was her chirpy old self :) oh oh and it was snowing hence the exaggerated-looking warm clothes..

us after dinner in the train :) love the underground trains in munich, the convenience they provide is something i sorely miss in würzburg!! then again, in a city like munich, i doubt i'd be cycling around so much.. hmmm, some gained some lost i guess..

went for breakfast the next day.. bavarian breakfast consists of white-sausages (weisswurst) with sweet mustard (süsssenf), beer and pretzels.. this is me and my beer.. the wrong kind though, apparently, but i didn't like the 'correct' kind :P
