PSC Study Trip

i know it's very outdated already.. but here you go - psc visited scholars in germany and switzerland in june, and they were here in würzburg on 4 june. was really nice to meet them, cos i know and get along well with my devt executive (1st pic) and another in psc who used to work in the embassy in berlin (2nd pic). also hc's vp mrs chin was in the grp too so i got my bits of hwachong news..

too bad the weather didn't cooperate, everything looks a little grey. the uni personnel was also not v well-prepared, i think they just don't entertain visitors like that very often.
