kilianis volksfest

then went on to the carnival itself.. the beer tent was bursting with life at almost 11pm.. lots of pple of all ages (yes kids too, but presumably they were having supper with coke or sth :P) with a live band and pple dancing..

and some carnival games.. this is the one in which you sit on a car, and it goes down a water slide and you get half wet :P

got to eat my favourite fruits-on-a-stick-dipped-in-chocolate again.. ;) yumyum.. can't wait for the christmas markets!!! :) :)

fireworks

was very excited today when coming home cos i read signs that said that the annual kilianis volksfest was opening today! :) the first drop of beer would flow at 6pm, and there'd be fireworks at 10:30pm :D there was a ferris wheel and all the typical carnival games and food stalls.. and a beer tent like oktoberfest! :) so i came out this evening for the fireworks.. and was not disappointed :) some roads were closed so tt pple can gather on the streets/bridge to watch in peace.. v pleasant :)
